History of Seeste

2007
Conversion of SEESTE BAU GMBH, Austria into a limited company. The SEESTE BAU AG with headquarters in Bolzano, is one of the largest construction companies in Southtyrol and has 30 years experience in construction and real estate. We create high-quality residential and commercial properties in Southtyrol, north and central of Italy (Lake Garda, Verona, Tuscany and Sardinia), in Germany, Austria and Poland. Our philosophy, to invest only in preferred residential areas is a fundamental basis for stable value property and not least for the success of our company group.

2005
Construction of the first residential building according to the guidelines of the climate house Agency of the Autonome Provinz of Bolzano. This newly developed (in Southtyrol) concept of energy-saving construction is a role model for all of Italy.

Founding of the austrian subsidiary SEESTE based in Vienna.

1994
Relocation of the administrative office and headquarters of SEESTE BAU AG from Sterzing to Bolzano.

1992
Foundation of the polish subsidiary SEESTE BUD in Krakow. Redevelopment of a large townhouse on the historic marketplace. Participation in the tourism companies which are specialized in the sector of planning, construction and operation of resorts / Apart-Hotels in Italy (Apulia, Sardinia, Southtyrol) and Austria (Tyrol). Purchase of construction and civil engineering companies Saccis GmbH and Bonazzi GmbH from Bolzano.

1990
In the framework of a company consortium building of the first underground sewage treatment plant (the first in Europe) in Val Pusteria (Bruneck) on behalf of the consortium of South Tyrolean contractors.

1989
After the fall of the wall the subsidiary SEESTE BAU GMBH moved from Munich to Leipzig. There are a total of 25 condominiums and houses in the city of Leipzig and the surrounding area, including the Dorotheenhof in collaboration with the renowned architect Prof. Adolfo Natalini from Florence.

1985
Purchase of the civil engineering company Pana AG in Brixen/Southtyrol.

1982
Foundation of the german subsidiary SEESTE BAU GMBH Munich. In various parts in the city of Munich (Schwabing, Grünwald, Bogenhausen, Solln) will be built homes in prime locations in the so-called "Model Builder" partly on their own.

Conversion of SEESTE KG into a limited company.

Follows the construction of the first residential facility in Sterzing, condominium "Alpen"1979 first contract abroad: establishment of warehouses and barracks in Tripolis (commissioned by the Libyan Government)
